Seal coating process
Our seal coating process starts with removing vegetation from the area and cleaning with a push blower and wire broom to remove any soil and debris from the surface. Next, a hot-pour rubberized crack filler is applied to open surface cracks in multiple layers for a flush finish. For heavily degraded areas, a sand aggregate is spread into the surface, leveling the texture of the asphalt. Finally, an asphalt emulsion sealer is applied to the prepared surface.
